Simplay MHL™ ATC testing is designed to verify baseline MHL/HDCP compliance for connecting mobile phones and portable devices to HDTVs and other home entertainment products. A manufacturer submitting products for MHL ATC testing must be an adopter of the MHL specification. A manufacturer submitting a product for MHL 1.0 or above testing must also be a DCP, LLC adopter. Manufacturers may also opt for a Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) test.
There are four general categories of device testing
- Source - Mobile Phone, portable media players etc.
- Sink - Display devices such as HDTVs, projectors, monitors, etc.
- Dongle
- Cables
MHL ATC Test Program Information
* MHL CDF can only be obtain from the MHL adopters login site
*For HDCP enabled products
*HDCP testing combined with MHL 1.x & 2.x only and cannot be tested separately
